Dr Mariam is a remarkable professional who founded the Centre for Integrative and Holistic Health and serves as the Director of Wellness with Dr Mariam, while raising three young children. She conducts personalized Wellness workshops and health coaching. Her mission is to educate, inspire, and empower the community to achieve a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Dr. Mariam's journey is truly inspiring. As a medical researcher, she spent 15 years in Cancer Drug Discovery in Singapore, Malaysia and Sweden. Her years in research made her realized that a preventive and proactive approach is best to tackle the cancer problem. This sparked her interest in integrative and preventive medicine, health promotion, education, coaching, and consultancy.

In addition to her professional roles, Dr. Mariam is deeply involved in the community. She provides complementary Health and Wellness programs at Willing Hearts, a charity organization. She serves in several non-profit organizations, Muslim Coaches Association of Singapore, Students of Islamic Psychology and Society of Malay Heritage Medicine. She's also embarked on the Gift-Centered Mentoring of Youth at Risk.
