1) Dr Mariam’s first e-book is entitled, “The 7 Essential Habits to Heal, Energize and Thrive: Self-Discovery Guide to Achieving Optimal Wellness”. 

It is meant as a light-hearted guidebook to allow readers to identify the 7 essential habits that impact their wellness. It provides an overview of each of the 7 habits and invites readers to start to explore bite-sized actions steps they can take to form or improve each habit.

For readers who would like more in-depth guidance in exploring each habit, look up for the programs that Dr Mariam organizes at the Centre for Integrative and Holistic Health

If the concepts seem totally new and readers want to understand more about the different aspects of wellness, it is recommended that the reader listen to some of the YouTube videos by Dr Mariam.
